Globoforce were looking to improve the visibility of their My Orders page, Improving the visibility would hopefully reduced the amount of calls coming into the customer service team. Customer were calling the team looking for details that we currently displayed on the My Orders page. The My Orders page design was dated so along with this task we also looked to improve the UI of the page.
To improve the visibility of the page I added a button to the thanks you for your order page, this is the first page that a user would see after their purchase therefore the first place these questions may arise. I also redesign emails to link to the new page design and added button to the My Orders page on the customer service page. I also redesign the page itself to improve the visibility of the details the customers were looking for.
I was involved in all aspects of the design process from sketching to final UI design. This was a great project that touched on many pages and emails, understanding the different touch points most customers would hit if they were having trouble with their purchases. the success of this project was very rewarding helping both customers and our customer service team.
